Inspiration Behind the Movie
The film is based on Veronica Roth’s 2011 novel Divergent, which she wrote while still in college. Inspired by psychology, personality tests, and societal divisions, Roth created a world where people are forced into rigid factions, highlighting themes of individuality, choice, and rebellion.

Summary:
